Narration is not just for words: images tell stories, too. While I love words like old friends, I can never shake the feeling that images are worth some attention as well.
The ampersand in the blog name allowed me to avoid choosing between my two loves. When I’m not taking photos to satisfy my own need to document life, I’m taking them for other people to help them tell their own stories.
I’ve been taking photos relentlessly since summer camp in junior high with my very first 110mm camera. I graduated to a 35mm a year later, and then on up to a 2.0 megapixel (!) digital camera in high school. I bought my first DSLR after graduation, and never looked back. I love nothing more than delivering high-quality images that capture the personalities of my clients or the wonder found in nature.
Currently booking 2025 sessions, which include a one-hour photo shoot and digital images with signed print release. Price: $300.
